Kingston Rugby Football Club (Kingston RFC) offers a fun and lively minis team for kids aged 5 to 10 years old. Our minis program is all about introducing young children to the basics of rugby in a playful and supportive setting. With lots of running, passing, and tackling games, the kids learn the sport while having a great time. Our friendly coaches focus on making every session enjoyable, ensuring all children feel included and encouraged.
