Meet the Kingston Rugby Juniors Team!

Kingston Rugby Football Club (Kingston RFC) is dedicated to developing young rugby talent through its vibrant juniors team (aged 11-15 years old). The juniors program at Kingston RFC provides a nurturing environment for young players to learn and excel in rugby, emphasizing both skill development and sportsmanship. The club's commitment to youth rugby is evident in its comprehensive coaching, inclusive approach, and state-of-the-art facilities, which include a fully equipped clubhouse and training grounds. For players aged 11-15, Kingston RFC offers a structured and dynamic training program that focuses on honing fundamental rugby skills, physical fitness, and tactical understanding. The coaches, experienced and passionate about youth development, provide personalized attention to help each player reach their potential. Training sessions are designed to be engaging and enjoyable, incorporating various drills and games that teach key aspects of rugby such as passing, tackling, and positional play.

Kingston RFC’s juniors team for ages 11-15 is a cornerstone of the club’s mission to promote rugby and develop young talent, ensuring a bright future for the sport within the community.

Under 15's

U15s team are currently combined with Kings Rugby. Subscribing to RFU principles of TREDS the team train and Play on Sunday's from 10 am and train midweek with a passionate coaching team.

Under 13's

U13s team are currently combined with Old Emanual's. Subscribing to RFU principles of TREDS the team train and Play on Sunday's from 10 am and train midweek with a passionate coaching team.

Under 11's

Welcome to the U11s, Subscribing to RFU principles of TREDS the team train and Play on Sunday's from 10 am. Unfortunately this is the last year of mixed teams and currently Kingston do not have Junior Female teams.
